First came Mr. X’s Water Sports in 1990 and then came Mr. X’s Shiggidy Shack Bar & Grill in 1999. Mr. X. built this business out of a small ice cream trailer, selling beers and burgers and expanded into a full service bar & restaurant to the successful establishment it is today.
